FAQ

  • HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

    We pack your order as quickly as possible and ship it from our warehouse in Sweden. Our delivery time is usually 2-6 working days from the shipping date. Our goal is to ship your products no later than the day after your order. Please note that it can sometimes take 1-2 working days longer due to a high workload on the part of the delivering company or an exceptionally high utilization of our warehouse. 

    If you do not receive your order within the stated delivery time, please first check that all the information you have provided to us is correct. If all the details were correct, please contact our customer service within 30 business days and we will be happy to assist you.

  • I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION.

    If you have ordered from us but have not received an order confirmation, this may be because the e-mail address provided was incorrect. Contact us at info@desenio.de  to our customer service. Here you can check whether we have received your order. We can correct your email address and send you your order confirmation. It is also possible that the order was not carried out. Contact us before placing a new order to avoid duplicate orders.

  • HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

    Please register your return using the "Register return" button below. After registration you will receive an email with both the return instructions and the return label..

    Please note that the customer is responsible for the direct costs of the return of 5.90 euros. Please also register your return with Klarna and let your invoice pause so that you are not charged any reminder fees. 

    In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you also have the option of informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email sent by post)._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_

    If you revoke this contract, we have to repay all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this repayment. 

    We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. Proof of return must include the recipient, date of return, and package tracking number. You must send back the goods or hand them over to us immediately and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling of the goods that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

  • ORDER DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL?

  • If you received a product that arrived damaged or is faulty in any way, email our customer service at info@posterstore.de as soon as possible and send us pictures of the damaged product and the packaging. We strive to have 100% satisfied customers and will quickly help you to rectify any grievances.

  • CAN I WITHDRAW FROM MY PURCHASE?

    If you wish to withdraw from a purchase before your order has left our warehouse, contact us immediately by telephone. If you click here you will find all our contact information. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order before your order is dispatched as our warehouse picks orders and prepares them for dispatch very quickly. If you placed your order at the weekend or after our closing time, please send us an email to info@desenio.de as soon as possible.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT COLLECT MY SHIPMENT? 

  • We charge €20 for shipments that are returned to us because they were not accepted by the customer or were not picked up from a post office/pack station. This amount covers double shipping costs (shipping to and from the customer) as well as picking and unpacking of the goods.

  • HOW DO I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

    As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please note that this e-mail can sometimes also be found in your spam folder.
